Formatting Orders to submit via E-Mail
Introduction
If directed by chambers staff, or if you are a limited access user submitting an order on payment of unclaimed funds, submit the proposed order via e-mail.

Formatting Requirements

Attach the proposed order as an MS Word document to a transmittal email.
Note: Orders submitted in other formats, such as PDF, RTF, or DAT, cannot be accepted.
- Include the bankruptcy or adversary case number in the subject line of the e-mail.
- Include the signature block for the judge at the end of the body of the order.

Format the signature line of submitting attorney as in the following example:

Submit the proposed order to the appropriate judge:
