E-Mailing Documents to the Clerk's Office
By following the procedure outlined on this page, you may submit via e-mail the following documents requiring action by the Clerk's Office.

- Certification of Judgment for Registration in Another District
- Entry of Default in an Adversary Proceeding
- Request for Search of Bankruptcy Records
- Stipulated Judgment Commencing an Adversary Proceeding
- Transcript of Judgment
- Writ of Execution
- Writ of Garnishment
Submission Procedure
- Attach documents in Microsoft Word format to a transmittal e-mail. Documents submitted in other formats, such as PDF, RTF, or DAT, cannot be accepted.
- The subject line of the e-mail must contain the bankruptcy or adversary case number.
- E-mail documents to web_ops@nmb.uscourts.gov. The Clerk's Office will contact you within two business hours confirming receipt of your e-mail. If you do not receive an e-mail response or if you have questions regarding submission of your document, please call the Clerk's Office at (505) 415-7999 or call toll-free at (866) 291-6805 for assistance.
