If submitted in paper format by mail or hand-delivered to the Clerk's Office, an original certified copy of the judgment must be attached to the Writ of Execution form, or be accompanied with a request and payment for the Clerk's Office to prepare a certified copy.

If submitted by email to web_ops@nmb.uscourts.gov, the customer should simultaneously request the Clerk's Office to prepare an original certified copy of the judgment to attach to the Writ of Execution. Customers with CM/ECF accounts can request the certified copy and pay via pay.gov by using the docket event Certified Copy Request.
