Motion to Sell Property Free & Clear of Liens under Section 363(f)

  1. Click Bankruptcy Menu
  2. Click Motions/Applications
  3. Enter the case number.

    **When following the steps below, click the Next button to navigate to the next screen.

  4. Select Sell Property Free and Clear of Liens under Section 363(f) (Motion) from the event list.
  5. At the Select the Party screen, select the party you represent. If the party is not listed, click on Add/Create New Party.
  6. The attorney association screen will appear if the attorney/party association does not yet exist. The check box is preselected.
  7. Browse, verify and attach the document.
  8. Enter the description of the property to be sold into the text box.
  9. The fee screen displays.
  10. Make the appropriate fee selection.
    • Pay fee now via Pay.gov
    • Funds are not available - Trustee Use Only
    • Fee will be paid within 10 days - Trustee Use Only
  11. Review final docket text.
  12. NEF Displays, and Summary of current charges.
  13. If paying filing fee via Pay.gov, Click Pay Now, or Continue Filing to pay later the same day the fee is incurred.
