If you are a Child Support Creditor, and you select the party role type Child Support Creditor, a fee will not be incurred when filing fee related documents. If this role type is not selected, you will incur a filing fee.

You will be presented with a screen similar to the following where you will enter NOT DUE in the Receipt # Box. The Fee amount also displays on this screen.

If you are a Child Support Creditor, and are a party in a case with a different
role type, you must create a new party using the party role type Child Support Creditor to avoid incurring fees on fee related documents.

The final docket text should contain "Receipt Number NOT DUE" to avoid incurring the fee.
