Payment of court fees (filing fees and installment payments, copies, recordings of hearings, etc.) may be paid online via debit card, PayPal, or ACH (electronic payment from a bank account). Credit card payments are not accepted.

NOTE: This payment option cannot be used for chapter 13 plan payments to the trustee or to make chapter 11 plan payments.  Registered ECF users must continue to submit payment through the ECF system.  When paying fees associated with copy requests, please call the clerk's office first to verify the fee amount (505-415-7999, option 0).
