Proposed Local Rule changes have been posted for review and comment

The Court has posted a redlined copy of the proposed amendments and new local bankruptcy rules to the Court’s website (www.nmb.uscourts.gov/court-info/local-rules-and-orders) for public comment. 

The deadline to submit comments is January 31, 2019.   Comments may be submitted to the Court by email:  web_ntp@nmb.uscourts.gov.
