As part of the continued effort to keep courthouse staff, customers and security personnel safe from community spread of COVID-19, all customer service windows for District Court, Bankruptcy Court and Federal Probation Services are temporarily closed in all New Mexico federal courthouses per order of the District Court.  The earlier district court order has been extended through Friday, May 29th.  The Bankruptcy Clerk's Office continues to provide our full range of services in a "virtual courthouse" setting.  Information on how to make payments, submit new cases and pleadings for individuals who are not represented by attorneys is available on our web site in the COVID-19 section and is updated regularly during this continually evolving situation.
