The U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Mexico will be live on CM/ECF Next Generation on July 29, 2019. On July 26, 2019 beginning at 6:00 pm, the system will be taken down for the entire weekend. 

Electronic filers will no longer be able to log into their CM/ECF accounts as they currently do. Instead, filers will log into CM/ECF via Central Sign-On (PACER) to file documents.

 PRIOR TO JULY 26, 2019 at 6:00 PM:

• FILERS WILL NEED TO OBTAIN THEIR OWN INDIVIDUAL PACER ACCOUNTS.

• FILERS WILL NEED TO KNOW THEIR CURRENT CM/ECF LOGIN AND PASSWORDS
