On April 1, 2019, automatic adjustments to the dollar amounts stated in various provisions of the Bankruptcy Code and one provision in Title 28 of the United States Code will go into effect.  The changes impact seven Official Bankruptcy Forms and two Director’s Forms.  Information on the form and dollar changes are available on the U.S. Court’s website:

Please work with your bankruptcy software provider to insure you are using the new forms as of April 1, 2019.
